Massage increases energy levels, blood flow and general wellbeing. It is proven to aid an athlete’s recovery and improve their sporting performance. You do not have to be an athlete to benefit either. If you are in a sedentary career or not able to exercise, massage can improve your muscle movement. Treatment sessions can help maintain general wellbeing in addition to many conditions.

Please try to give 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend any appointment. Failure to do so may result in appointments being billed directly to yourself unless we are able to fill your vacancy.
